研究领域

开发利用超高真空设备原位合成单层新型二维材料的方法,并指导新型二维材料的大面积高质量的原位合成;利用分子束外延生长、超低温扫描隧道显微镜技术,以及光电子能谱技术,在原子、分子尺度上探索界面调控对二维材料的微观形貌、电子结构、能带结构的影响。
