1.The in-situ synthesis of novel two-dimensional materials, along with the exploration of the effects of interface regulation on the microscopic morphology and electronic structure of two-dimensional materials at the atomic and molecular scales;
2.The synthesis and modulation of two-dimensional ferroelectric thin films, and their applications in the fields of microelectronics and optoelectronics.
