英国利兹大学博士,先后在在泰国青迈大学参加德国政府资助并与泰国合办的环境危险评估国际项目学习,在美国西北大学和堪萨斯州立大学化学系做博士后研究。
二级教授,博士生导师,云岭学者、云南省中青年学术和技术带头人、省委联系专家。国家光电子能源材料国际联合研究中心主任、云南省工业废水光催化处理工程技术研究中心主任、云南绿色褐煤能源化学协同创新中心主任、云南省高校特殊污染物光催化处理工程研究中心主任、昆明市污水处理新材料重点实验室主任。

立足云南丰富的生物资源,在国内外较早开展了“生物模板光催化水处理技术及成套设备”的研究及产业化推广应用,以第一作者(通讯作者)发表SCI论文100余篇(其中1篇ESI <1%,6篇引用过100次),在Elsevier和Springer出版社撰写英文专著各一章;获云南省自然科学奖一等奖1次。以第一发明人获19件发明专利授权(3件美国专利)。实现污水处理厂(1万吨/天)深度除磷产业化、某产业园区再生水处理厂(800吨/天)达标改造;建成1200方/天的柴河水体大规模应急快速高效除磷工程;实现气浮工艺副产物—藻渣脱水剂(7000吨/天)产业化生产及销售。

研究领域
催化(光催化)、精细化学品合成,纳米材料、水处理化学。主要兴趣为:生物模板制备催化剂及脱氟除磷等污水处理新材料、有机-金属骨架模拟酶、焦化废水、植物提取、油漆、制药等废水处理、蓝藻及污泥脱水、毒品及易制毒化学品绿色销毁等研究。长期从事太阳能仿生光催化、除磷、除重金属等污水处理、农村饮用水处理及仿生材料的研究。

Based on the rich biological resources in Yunnan, the research and industrialization promotion and application of "Bio-templated photocatalytic water treatment technology and complete sets of equipment" have been carried out earlier at home and abroad, and more than 100 SCI papers have been published as the first author (corresponding author) (includingone paper with ESI <1%,six papers have been cited 100 times). What’s more, I wrote English monographs with one chapter each in Elsevier and Springer Publishing House; won the first prize of Yunnan Natural Science Award once and obtained nineteen invention patents (three US patents) as the first inventor. Realize the industrialization of in-depth phosphorus removal of a sewage treatment plant (10,000 tons/day), and the renovation of a reclaimed water treatment plant (800 tons/day) in an industrial park; build a large-scale emergency, rapid and efficient phosphorus removal project for the Chai River water body of 1,200 cubic meters/day; Realize the industrialized production and sales of algal residue dehydrating agent (7,000 tons/day), a by-product of the air flotation process.

Areas of Concern
Catalysis (photocatalysis), fine chemical synthesis, nanomaterials, water treatment chemistry. Main interests are biological template preparation catalysts and new materials for sewage treatment such as defluorination and phosphorus removal, organo-metallic framework mimic enzymes, coking wastewater, plant extraction, paint, pharmaceutical and other wastewater treatment, cyanobacteria and sludge dewatering, drugs and precursors Research on green destruction of chemicals. He has long been engaged in the research of solar bionic photocatalysis, phosphorus removal, heavy metal removal and other sewage treatment, rural drinking water treatment and bionic materials.
Research and Teaching
I presided over (completed) the 973 preliminary project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Yunnan Provincial People's Government Joint Key Fund, the Yunnan Provincial Key R&D Program, the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Research Key, the Ministry of Public Security's Key Research Program (technical leader), Yunnan Province Natural Science Fund key projects and other types of research projects.
The undergraduate course "Material Chemistry" I taught won the Ministry of Education's bilingual teaching demonstration course. And I instructed undergraduates to win the second prize of the natural science paper category in the finals of the 10th "Challenge Cup" National College Students Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition. I also won the 4th Yunnan University Youth The first prize of the Academic Science and Technology Works Competition and the first prize of the 14th Teaching Achievement Award of Yunnan University. Also Iled graduate students to win the second prize in the Yunnan Division of the 6th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
I Won the first prize of Yunnan Natural Science Award once. Since 2004, I have been employed as a member, deputy chairman and chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Award Professional Review Committee for many times, and an expert in the network review of the National Invention Award Environmental Protection and Hydrology Group. I am a member of the Review Committee of the 16th International Catalysis Conference hosted by China for the first time every four years, the reviewer convener, and the chairman of the Environmental Catalysis Branch. As the chairman of the organizing committee, I hosted the 2010 National Solar Photochemistry and Photocatalysis Academic Conference and the 13th National Youth Catalysis Academic Conference in 2011. Iwas invited to give reports at the 12th China Association for Science and Technology Annual Meeting, National Catalysis Academic Conference, National Environmental Catalysis and Environmental Materials Academic Conference, National Solar Photochemistry and Photocatalysis Academic Conference, National Molecular Sieve Academic Conference and other domestic conferences in the industry.
